Terms and Conditions of Enrollment

Please read carefully before enrolling in any course or program via www.englishera.com.

By enrolling in an ENGLISHERA course or program, purchasing a digital product, joining our community, or subscribing to any of our services through www.englishera.com or our Skool community, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Overview

The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to ENGLISHERA and its team. The terms "you," "your," and "student" refer to our website visitors, customers, learners, and community members.

ENGLISHERA provides online English courses, live speaking sessions, coaching programs, educational materials, and community-based learning experiences.

Our services are offered through www.englishera.com, Skool, and other third-party platforms used to deliver our programs.

2. Enrollment and Access

By enrolling in a program or subscribing to our community, you agree to provide accurate registration information and follow our community guidelines.

Students under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Access to courses, materials, live sessions, and coaching depends on the program or membership plan purchased.

Subscription-based content remains accessible while your membership is active and the content is available. Lifetime access applies only to products explicitly advertised as offering it.

3. Payment Terms

ENGLISHERA offers different payment options depending on the course or program:

  • One-time payments for selected courses or digital products.
  • Monthly or annual subscriptions for eligible community memberships and programs.
  • Installment payment plans for selected courses, where available.

All prices, payment schedules, and inclusions are displayed before checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing cycle selected unless canceled before the next payment date.

Students who choose an installment plan agree to complete the required payments. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of course access.

4. Refund Policy

ENGLISHERA's community memberships and subscription-based programs are generally non-refundable once a payment has been processed, except where required by applicable law or where a specific money-back guarantee has been offered.

Students may cancel their subscriptions at any time to avoid future charges.

Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund, including for unused classes, missed sessions, or partial billing periods.

Any money-back guarantee explicitly advertised for a particular course or program at the time of purchase will be honored according to its stated conditions.

For refund-related concerns, please contact info@englishera.com.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Students may cancel their paid subscriptions through their Skool account or contact ENGLISHERA for assistance.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew for the following billing period.
  • You will generally retain access to your paid membership benefits until the current billing period ends.
  • Access to premium courses, live sessions, coaching benefits, and exclusive materials will end when your paid membership expires.

Students who wish to remain in the community may downgrade to a lower plan to retain membership, where available and permitted by the platform.

6. Live Speaking Sessions and Attendance

ENGLISHERA provides live speaking sessions, workshops, and coaching based on the schedule and inclusions of each program.

Students are responsible for checking the session schedule, joining on time, and maintaining a stable internet connection.

Missed group sessions do not automatically qualify for individual make-up classes.

ENGLISHERA may adjust class schedules, instructors, or lesson formats when necessary. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.

7. VIP Coaching Program

Students enrolled in VIP Coaching agree to attend their individual sessions according to the mutually agreed schedule.

  • Sessions canceled by the student less than 2 hours before the scheduled class, or missed without timely notice, are forfeited and are not eligible for make-up classes.
  • Earlier rescheduling requests may be considered depending on instructor availability but are not guaranteed.
  • Sessions canceled by the instructor will be rescheduled.

VIP coaching sessions use ENGLISHERA learning materials and are generally conducted through Google Meet.

Following each session, the instructor provides milestone updates containing progress notes, personalized feedback, relevant materials, and assignments where applicable.

8. Recording of Live Sessions

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE JOINING LIVE CLASSES.

ENGLISHERA's live speaking sessions, workshops, and VIP coaching sessions may be recorded for educational and program-related purposes.

These recordings may capture your:

  • Face, image, and voice.
  • Spoken responses and participation.
  • Presentations, discussions, and interactions with other students.
  • Speaking progress and performance during activities.

Recordings may be used for educational purposes, including student progress tracking, personalized feedback, instructor assessment, and class replays for eligible members.

Students will be informed when sessions are recorded. If you have concerns about appearing in recordings, please contact ENGLISHERA before participating.

9. Use of Recordings and Student Submissions for Marketing

IMPORTANT: YOUR SPEAKING VIDEOS AND CLASS PARTICIPATION MAY BE FEATURED IN FUTURE ENGLISHERA PROMOTIONS WITH YOUR PERMISSION.

ENGLISHERA may select recordings and student-submitted materials to demonstrate authentic learning experiences, speaking progress, and community activities.

These materials may include:

  • Video clips and screenshots from live speaking sessions.
  • Student speaking challenge videos and audio recordings.
  • Presentations, assignments, and speaking projects submitted through Skool or other designated platforms.
  • Written feedback, reviews, testimonials, and student success stories.

With your separate, voluntary consent, ENGLISHERA may edit, publish, and share these materials for educational, advertising, and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.

Promotional use may include your identifiable image, voice, first name, and statements, as covered by the consent you provide.

Participation in a class or submission of a speaking challenge does not automatically grant permission for public promotional use. Students may choose whether to authorize such use without affecting their enrollment or access to learning services.

Consent may be withdrawn for future promotional use by contacting info@englishera.com. We will handle removal requests in accordance with applicable law. Content already distributed or shared by third parties may not always be fully retrievable.

10. Speaking Challenges and Student Submissions

Students may be encouraged to upload speaking challenges, videos, voice recordings, written assignments, and other materials as part of their learning experience.

By submitting these materials, you confirm that they are your own work or that you have permission to share them.

Materials submitted within the Skool community may be visible to other members according to the community's access settings.

ENGLISHERA may review submitted materials and use them to provide personalized feedback, assess speaking development, and track learning progress.

Students retain ownership of their original submissions. Public promotional use of identifiable submissions is governed by Section 9.

11. Intellectual Property

All original ENGLISHERA course materials, videos, worksheets, PDFs, presentations, lesson plans, and educational resources are protected intellectual property.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve service-related problems and communicate significant changes.

14. Learning Outcomes

ENGLISHERA provides educational guidance, structured speaking practice, and feedback to help students improve their English communication skills.

However, individual progress varies depending on participation, consistency, personal effort, and other factors.

Enrollment does not guarantee a particular fluency level, examination result, employment opportunity, or professional outcome.

15. Privacy and Personal Information

ENGLISHERA collects and processes personal information necessary for enrollment, payments, program delivery, student communication, and learning support.

This may include names, email addresses, learning submissions, progress records, and session recordings.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), where applicable.

We do not sell students' personal information.

Students may receive essential course and account-related communications. Promotional email subscriptions and media permissions will be handled separately where required.

16. Limitation of Liability

ENGLISHERA will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable educational services and support.

To the extent permitted by law, ENGLISHERA is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party platform interruptions, individual technical difficulties, or outcomes dependent on a student's personal effort.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ENGLISHERA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our programs, services, platforms, or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on our website, and material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
